Wi-fi Wireless Internet (ASU Guest)
  • Select the “ASU Guest” network from the available networks 
  • Open a browser, and try to connect to the internet, and a sign-in screen will appear 
  • Click “Don’t have an account?”, fill in your information, click the register 
  • Select the verification option available to have your registration information sent to you 
  • Click “Sign On,” fill in the username and password you received, and sign in.  
  • Accept the ASU Acceptable Use Policy to complete the registration  
  • When signing into the guest wi-fi, you will be logged out every hour and will need to log back in.

Mountain Time Zone Arizona is in the mountain standard time zone and does not observe daylight savings time.
Arizona is GMT/UTC - 7h during Standard Time Year

Virtual Event Web Browsers
  • Accepted browsers: Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.
  • Safe browsers to use for the entirety of the virtual summit include Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge. Make sure your chosen browser is up to date.
  • Download and update Zoom at least the day before the summit and the morning of to ensure the most efficient quality of your virtual experience.
  • Please refer to this link for an overview on navigating Zoom.
  • Join sessions you wish to attend at least 5 minutes ahead of time to allow room for technical difficulties as all sessions will be starting right on time.
  • When on Sched, make sure to add sessions you want to attend to your schedule to access its associated video stream link.

Where to get your Zoom Link for your Session:
Log in to Sched, navigate to the session and the Zoom link will be provided.
Zoom links will open shortly before the session is set to start.
Within each session listed on Sched, there will be Zoom links associated with them to join the session.

NOTE: When in Zoom, please ensure your full first and last name are showing.

Joining Sessions
Join Zoom sessions you wish to attend at least 5 minutes ahead of time to allow room for technical difficulties as all sessions will be starting right on time.

Chat Feature
  • Use the chat feature in Sched to communicate any questions you have (whether it be technical questions or general ones). For attendees to use the chat feature though, make sure your Sched profile is set to public in order to see and use the chat function.
  • How to Set your Sched Profile to Public:
  • 1. Go to your event and Login
  • 2. Click on your Profile picture
  • 3. Click on Settings
  • 4. Under "Privacy & Email", click on the switch to turn it green next to "Make my profile & schedule public"
  • 5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Save Settings"

Technical Issues:
Zoom: There will be at least one volunteer in each Zoom session that will be available for you to reach out to via the Zoom chat for general technical guidance. If that volunteer is not able to answer your question, they will reach out to the appropriate contact for immediate assistance.

PDU's:
Where do I find information on how many PDUs each session is worth?
Sched will tell you how many PDUs each session
How do I get credit for my PDUs?
You will need to self-report PDUs.
Where do I find the PDU Claim Codes?
Sched will have the PDU Claim code for each session placed in the session after the event by Monday, October 21st. PMI members can claim their PDUs using the code in Sched at https://ccrs.pmi.org/claim.

Will we receive any certificate of participation?
The team is planning to issue digital credentials for attendance at Summitt. This will allow you to share your achievement on LinkedIn and elsewhere.
