About me
I am a Senior Program Manager of large high-profile defense programs, which include multiple sub-projects. I lead a team of Program Managers, Project Analysts, and Task Managers reporting to me, who work with >100 individual contributors across the enterprise. We are the face of BAE Systems for our customer, ensuring that the projects they have entrusted to us are completed on time and quality. We use Earned Value Program Management (EVPM) methods with both internal and external reporting metrics. Our contracts are both traditional ("FAR" based), non-traditional "Other Transaction Agreement" (OTA) US Government types, and internal funding.
