Widline Luctama has an extensive and diverse portfolio of project management experience. She earned her doctorate in Education, specializing in Organizational Leadership Studies. Her research examines the user-centric model and leadership decision framework for implementing Human Capital Management (HCM) to support Human Resource teams.
Dr. Luctama's professional journey through administrative functions and organizational leadership has honed her expertise in project coordination, team management, and strategic planning. Her firsthand experience in transitioning from administrative roles to project management positions equips her with a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by professionals in this career path.
Dr. Luctama is passionate about empowering aspiring project managers with the tools and confidence to reimagine their career trajectory. She currently leads a series of technical projects reshaping the research landscape at ASU, Knowledge Enterprise.
