Synergy Unleashed: Maximizing Collaboration in Cross-Functional Teams

In 2023, we successfully collaborated with Starbucks and Aramark to implement the longest reusable cup pilot outside of the Starbucks SODO8 headquarters in Seattle. Leveraging our expertise in managing cross-functional and cross-organizational teams, our approach emphasized seamless coordination and communication, ensuring alignment with each partner's goals and delivering impactful outcomes. This presentation would underscore our experience and capability to effectively navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments, specifically in the space of partnerships involving such collaborative efforts.
