I will be going over my experience with mental health challenges, review ways to get help with mental health, walking through my and others experience getting help with mental health, what does recovery look like, and what we all can do to help with our teams mental health. This is a presentation on awareness, recovery, and hope. Message is tailored for people going through mental health challenges, or someone that has someone they know going through it, as well as for people that have not had or hasn't known anyone with mental health challenges.

Participants will answer the “call to adventure” in creating a cross-perspective team map for their hero’s journey. In the process they will learn their “stress-perspective”, in the 360-degrees of perspective model, and the power of “same-perspective allies” as an effective stress management approach in both in-person and virtual spaces for their project management journey.
